Return Policy
All earrings are final sale.
Our ears are sacred and we want each of our earrings to be passed to only one person. We don’t send worn earrings to our customers. Due to this, our earring policy is final sale. No returns or exchanges unless your item arrives in a damaged condition during shipping. Refer to “Quality Issues” below for more details.
Quality Issues
If your earrings arrive with a quality issue; such as broken or damaged, please:
Contact us at rockie@rockierain.com within 24 hours of your delivery.
Provide us with a photo of the item(s), and we will provide you with an option of a full refund, exchange, or merchandise credit.
If you choose merchandise credit, your credit will be available immediately. If you choose exchange or full refund, your exchange or refund will be processed immediately when your item arrives back to us.
In order to receive full refund, the item(s) must be sent back within 15 days.
Return Shipping Labels
Once we verify your order number, name, and address, we will generate a return shipping label for you.
Earring Styling Services
Please note the following regarding our earring styling services:
Earring Magic Boards and Earring Tours: All sales are final for these items.
Earring Tours: We do not offer redos for our personal shopping videos.
Earring Magic Boards: If the outfit suggestions are not to your satisfaction, your Personal Stylist will provide a one-time remake of the disliked suggestions.

Earring Magic Board Remakes:
We realize that while we will send you a physical earring magic board in the mail, requesting a remake will not ensure that you receive your updated board in the mail as well.
If you request a remake of your outfit suggestions, you will not receive a new physical board. Instead, you will receive a link to view your updated suggestions online.
